While the picture shows an iPod connector manufactured by Apple, you are sent a third party cable which doesn't even allow me to connect my PC to my iPod. A total failure of a product and of a company.

The promise is one year and two months after failure. I, am tired of paying 20 dollars for a new cable to each home. I can contact Apple by phone or e-mail if it is connected iPod or iPhone.
