Although my Sony laptop has been reliable, I will never buy a Sony again. Sony has no spontaneous updated software, tools or drivers. They do not even have all models of Sony are listed, including the paragon I have. They say you can presage their place to see what updates could be present for your representation, but if your image is not listed, then there is no compromise to reach this community. Even if you do get to a comparable position, the updates that are listed are for generic updates that relate to a large order models.When I asked what day I have to download, they said I should download the updates that correct the problems I'm having....
